Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Edudent, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your booking. Please review our policy below for details on cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations

All cancellations must be sent in writing by email to info@edudent.co.uk.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Cancellations received more than 21 working days before the masterclass start date will be entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellations received within 21-14 working days before the masterclass start date will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• Late cancellations received within 13 working days (inclusive) before the masterclass start date will be non-refundable.
• Failure to attend the course on the day will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund will be given.

3. Course Cancellation by Edudent

Every effort will be made to avoid unnecessary changes to course arrangements. However, in the unlikely event that a course has to be cancelled or its date altered, a full refund will be offered to all course participants.
